In December 2019, we visited UK customers to focus on the 2020 product supply plan for NHS (National Health Service) project orders, specially based on the products of the customized molds.

At the corporate campus of one customer, we also conducted training on the use of first aid products to customers, and simulating how it would be operated in a real-life emergency together in the simulation area.

In addition, we visited the baby health food production plant of one customer’s group. Also, we were invited to their company’s annual party. It has been a very enjoyable experience to have the opportunity to share experiences and insights with customers.
